Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole


1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. rice, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 head chopped broccoli
2 chicken breasts, cut into pieces

Cook the rice, saute the onion and brown the chicken in a pan, and steam the broccoli.
Mix the milk and soup together. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish.

Put rice in the bottom, then chicken, onions, and broccoli, and spread soup over the top. Sprinkle cheese over it and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the casserole is heated through. 

The picture makes it look cheesier than it was for some reason.
