Cut the ribs into sections (it would have helped if they were a little more thawed than they were for me)
Boil them for awhile...mine were a little pink on the parts that were touching each other but the outsides were brown.
While that is boiling, put a can of pineapple chunks (crushed would be fine too) in a small pot and add enough bbq sauce to make it thick and saucy. Simmer that while you boil the ribs.
Pour some of the sauce out onto a pan, then put the ribs on top, and pour the rest of the sauce over them. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake, covered, at 350 for about an hour, then uncover and cook 10 or 15 more minutes. I put mine up under the broiler for 5 minutes, it made the pineapple all brown and glazey
We did ours with baked potatoes, corn on the cob, and honey baked beans with some of the bbq sauce in it. The baked potatoes were really really good with the pineapple bbq sauce on it.
You can see the steam coming off the ribs on the pan. MMM
