Jasmine's Famous Salsa




















1 clove garlic
2 jalapeno peppers, seeds removed (I think this is spicy enough but if you like really spicy food then either include the seeds or add more peppers)
1 small can tomato sauce
Two 14-15 oz cans of diced tomatoes, mostly drained
Juice of 1 lime
1 bunch of green onions, roughly cut
½ tsp oregano
1 small handful cilantro leaves, cut
pinch of salt

Pulse garlic, peppers, tomato sauce for 1 minute.

Add diced tomatoes, lime juice, onions, cilantro

Add oregano and salt

Blend to desired consistency
