Sweets and Beets
An improvement on the below recipe. This time, I cubed sweet potatoes and beets (skins left on both, thats where the nutrients are!) and baked them. Same temperature, same amount of time. I sprinkled them with pepper and a little bit of salt and they were soooo good! Luckily, Eric's mom has plenty of beets in her garden because we'll be making this a lot! Do sweet potatoes grow in Michigan?
