I steamed them for 20 minutes, and while they were cooking, I put some sunflower seeds in a dry pan and toasted them until they were brown. When the brussels sprouts were done, I put some Brummel and Brown spread over them, and the sunflower seeds. YUM!!!
I also made beef that had been marinating in barbecue sauce, macaroni and cheese with beans, and baked potatoes. It was a good dinner!
